I am Black British, of Nigerian heritage, and a proud permanent resident of Canada — a journey that has given me a lived understanding of what it means to navigate systems, cultures, and identities simultaneously.
With over 20 years across the public and private sectors — including a decade in senior management — I have built my practice on a single conviction: the best strategies are the ones people can actually see themselves in.
My work is rooted in storytelling, collaboration, and the co-design of solutions that create lasting value. I help organizations listen more deeply, align more honestly, and lead with greater coherence and courage.
